In her book “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”, she shows how success in almost every area of ​​human endeavor, be it school, work, sports, interpersonal relationships, can be dramatically influenced by how we think about our talents and skills.

This workshop is based on Carol Dweck’s studies, added to the studies of Tim Galwey, considered the father of Coaching, and Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka, who presented the three brains. It’s an immersion in practical Neuroscience to activate your daily success.

Many people want to improve their performance, gain in productivity, grow in their careers, and achieve success, but they constantly lament the lack of success.

After decades of research, the renowned PHD psychologist. Carol S. Dweck of Stanford University discovered the power of the mindset. In her book “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”, she shows how success in almost every area of ​​human endeavor, be it school, work, sports, interpersonal relationships, can be dramatically influenced by how we think about our talents and skills. In her research, she identified two types of mindset: fixed mindset and growth mindset.

The application of Dweck’s ideas can go beyond the field of the individual and impact the cultures of groups and organizations. This knowledge will be passed on, with the coaching approach, mainly Inner Game and the use of mBIT (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) and neurobiology techniques of integration of multiple brains.

The proposal is to present a set of techniques and practices that help to align and use the intelligence of the three brains to promote greater coherence and inner harmony, and to reach a state of better understanding of oneself. The result of this work has been impactful in helping professionals in their careers, but also in their personal lives, to reprogram their mental model to live fully.

Dynamics

The exhibition will have an expository character, with the inclusion of stories or examples consistent with the work of interpreters. Some exercises that provoke reflection from the participants will be included throughout the workshop.

Contractor’s objective: to generate development for the group of interpreters, within the scope of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) project
Number of Participants: between 10 and 12 interpreter participants
